Silver Dagger has always been a long-time favourite of mine. Now my girls sing along to it, and wanted to know what Joan Baez looked like.

This is a stunning version of Bob Dylan's (they were a couple, for about 2 years) It Aint Me Babe – a great song as an original, but I love her take on it.

She wasn't entirely anti-marriage, maybe just towards Dylan, as she went on to marry David Harris in 1968.

I do prefer the original, Led Zeppelin, long, drawn-out and bluesy, but I believe her more when she says it.
