Sounds good, doesn’t it!
A chateau in France. Huge grounds. Beautiful people. A photographer’s dream!
It was perfect.
I was so excited to be there for Shell and Mark’s wedding. I showed you a few photos earlier in my trip, but I’ve had to sit on the actual wedding photos* until now, because Shell and Mark hadn’t seen them. They picked them up today, so here’s a few I selected.
Chateau Canaples.
I show Evan how it’s done. He looks a little dubious. Obviously doesn’t realise he’s with the master.
The flower girls pick petals.
Sonny’s photo of flying girls…
Getting ready…
Shell’s sister, Belle was doing her make-up. I love this little consultation time.
The hairdresser was very lovely.
Evan didn’t love getting his hair done.
The nice thing about the chateau was the fact both bride and groom could get ready there, and it was big enough they could completely avoid each other. Mark is in the blue-for-boys room.
Evan probably grilling Mark about history – Mark is a history teacher.
Boys were ready.
Back n the girlie pink room, Shell was almost ready.
Love this…
What a great place to make an entrance!
Location, location.
Shell checks… “What was that I’m supposed to say?”. The celebrant was in a hurry. His accent and a speedy delivery made it a little hard to remember…..
Stunning profile.

Mark picks some raspberries…
Damn assistant with his arm in my shot
Another self-portrait…
The reception was a divine meal created by a Michelin starred chef served on one of the chateau balconies. Yummy wines and great company.
Perfect way to finish the day.
Such a beautiful setting!
These are my favourite…
Congratulations Shell and Mark, and thankyou for a beautiful day.
