After my yummy breakfast and a walk around the town we headed back towards Tarbena, for paella lunch at Casa Pinet, just like last time (creature of habit, I know). The paella was so good last time, but this year I found it a bit saltier. Never mind. I was pretty stoked to take Evan to this restaurant.
Senor Pinet is quite firmly in the red, as is his casa. Filled to the brim with political posters, pictures, letters, news, flags, medals, anything you could think of that relates to communism. It's a very interesting place to check out. The restaurant itself is such a popular place to visit, that (I read) Pinet was put in charge of local tourism! It's almost ironic, really.
Right. So that was champagne for breakfast. Wine and this local drop (above) for lunch.
So, what about dinner?
Ah! A night out eating tapas, with Sonny's parents back in Javea. Yes. We had a couple of drinks.
And the kids went crazy with the camera! More on Sonny's blog.
