In Valencian, it's Xabia, and in Spanish it's Javea,
Either way it's Spain, we were happy to be there again (my kids were so cute in these old posts!), it's warm, we were well looked after, and the food and drink are always delicious!
This glass of yumminess is Horchata de Chufa, and if I could find anywhere in Australia to buy some I would be a happy girl!
This bottle is also a yummy drink – my birthday drink. Yes, it was my birthday when I was in Paris,
but I dragged it out…
…for as long as I could.
And the food!
Leentje and Bebeir cooked up the most delicious seafood feast!
Shellfish, cava, and swimming.
Perfect life.
I love this shot.
It's action, but it's so not action.
So many photos of the girls…
…Where's Evan?
For the most part, he was hiding from my lens…
and yes, that is a broken arm. It seems that my eldest nerd has taken up skateboarding, and when he was doing it downhill, in the dark (not surprisingly) he stacked it, just before we left for our trip.
Still, better than last time we came to Europe, when Evan and I hung out in hospital for a week after his appendectomy!
