Registration of IP (Intellectual Property), or Trademarking, is a thinly-veiled, government
money-making scheme. Complete with sales-pitch. You are required to gamble your
money. If your IP is deemed unacceptable, already in use, or part thereof, you
lose your dosh.
It’s like buying a frigging Lotto ticket, except a lot more expensive. No matter how
much background info you have, you still have to go through “due
process”, which is just another phrase for forking out.
