Staying at the gorgeous, genuinely 5 star, Shangri-La, overlooking Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House is the only way to do it.

The polar bear ice sculpture in Customs House Square. There to demonstrate the effects of global warming on the arctic, it was a brilliant example of art 'speaking to the people'.
The most cameras and tripods I have ever seen in one spot, so I imagine everyone has seen all the pictures. The renegade (it felt) without the tripod, I'll just share a couple of images.
What I really loved, especially with the Opera House lighting, was the sharpness of the projected images – given the distance they were projected from (the OPT).
Customs House was my favourite. If it wasn't so cold, I would have watched it for hours.
