A couple of months back I showed you our freshly picked olives.
You can't eat olives straight off the tree – it's a fairly long process to get them in a fit state to eat, but I'm pleased to say I did it!

Funny thing is, I go to all that trouble, and I don't relly like olives, but India does, and Evan doesn't mind them.
I like tapenade, so I made some of that
Yum.
Three batches of tapenade later (we gorged on it) I gave up and just started eating the olives. They're pretty good with fetta!
