After all our time in hot, perfect weather, it was time to rug up. Stockholm was cold. Kerstin's apartment is not far from a large forest and the kids were keen to check it out. Kerstin said it was near the ski slope. What? Ski slope? We are in the middle of a city! She was right though.
How cool is that!
At the foot of the ski slope we found a whole area devoted to garden plots. Such a great idea for all the apartment dwellers in the city. I love the different ways people have used their plots, mostly for vegetables, but the little extras – the table settings, sun lounges, even BBQs there.
