I'm no hot chip afficionado but these are the best I've ever had. They are a wide cut, lightly crisp on the outside and super fluffy on the inside. No excess oil, just a delicious, mouth-watering contrast of textures with a good chip flavour. Can be served with sauces, I think we got a mayonaise blend.
